I don't know the specific instance in question, but the rules of grammar are:
'S denotes singular possessive, as in "boy's toy" (the toy of 1 boy)!. It can also be used in a contraction replacing the word "is", as in "love's grand"
S' denotes plural possessive, as in "girls' curls" (the curls of multiple girls)
And of course, no apostrophe at all can denote the plural case without possession, as in "golf balls"
Since single is normally used as an adjective, the only case I can think of would be something like "singles bar", which should not have an apostrophe at all - it is a bar for singles; it does not belong to one single, or to two or more singles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

As the word 'singles' refers to more than one single and the 'day' theoretically belongs to all the singles, then the apostrophe comes after the s - singles'!. If it was one person's (single) day then it would be single's!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It goes after the s!. Some say it'd be "Singles's", if it were grammatically correct as it's recently changed, but that looks silly, so I'd put "Singles' "Www@Enter-QA@Com
Buebell is correct ~ the apostrophe goes after the final 's' as it refers to all the single peopleWww@Enter-QA@Com
