They had already filmed part of Season 7 before last January, and then there was the writer's strike and Kiefer's stint in jail!. By the time all of this was over, the producers decided that they didn't want to run the season into the summer, so they decided to wait to run the full season back to back as all the other seasons have been in January of 2009!. However, they are going to do a TV movie in the fall to bridge the gap between season 6 and season 7!!!!!!!! Can't wait!!! I miss JACK BAUER!!!!!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
It didn't come back this season due to the writers strike!. In the fall there will be a 2 hour tv movie and then the new season will start January 2009Www@Enter-QA@Com
