Ok losties has anyone read the book the bad twin and if so does it spoil lost in anyway I really hate spoilers and do not want any clue as to what the hell is going on so I need to know if this book is going to ruin that for meWww@Enter-QA@Com

Not really!. I haven't more than a chapter of the book (it's pointless and badly written, even Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof don't regard it worthy of being representative of the Lost mythos), but after reading spoilers about what's in the book (cliff-notes C!.O!. Lostpedia) it just talks about Paik, Widmore and Hanso!.
I believe the producers have stated that the information contained in the book is non-cannon (unreliable for accurate information about the mythos of Lost)!.
You can read it and it won't spoil anything other than your opinion of the book!.
Rather, I would recommend reading Joseph Heller's "Catch-22," Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse Five," Fyodor Dostoevsky's "The Brothers Karamazov" (one of my absolute favourites!), Jules Verne's "The Survivors of the Chancellor," and many others that have been alluded to on the show!.
Those works will give you more insight about the show than Bad Twin will!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
