I think he acts both equally well!. He's a gifted actor but I believe the character of Frank Costanza was better written - which to me makes that character better - Arthur Spooner is funny but more stereo-typical - as funny as he is as Arthur - I learn nothing about Carrie from her dad - but once you see Frank everything about George makes sense!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They are both interesting characters!. I'd have to say I like the Arthur Spooner character more!. That might be because he played a more integral role on the "King of Queens" show!. We saw much more of him on that show than on "Seinfeld"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
