Alan realised that the justices did not care about his client as a person so he started to insult them one by one cause Clarence Thomas to speak as single "What" when Allen railed on and told Thomas to at least put down the magazine and pretend to be listening!. The speach was all about how the Supreme court is supposed to be about the law and not about politics but how it looks from all their recent decisions that it is nothing but politics and they even managed to create law to create a presidency in politics and while he respects the office he can not respect what is going on here because in his case his client is mentally disabled even if the evidence does not show it and he does not want to die and he does not agree that he is guilty and he is black and most if not all of the people in Louisiana that are on death row are black and he is the only one accused of a none murder offense facing death and he is thoe only one with an IQ of 70 and that seems too glaring an error to overlook!.
At the end of the speech he sat down and that was that!.
Later it was learnd by Hands that his girlfriend was a call girl so when he met up with his girlfriend he broke up with her inspite of the fact she said she loved him!.
Back outside the court the foursome gave their good byes as the man's female lawyer hugged them one and all and told Allen that she was proud of him and how she became a lawyer because her father told her that men like Allen existed who valued the law above all else and his speech was inspiring to her even though he just told off the Supreme Court and they will probably lose!.
Back at the office Hands is back with his plastic girlfriend and his office partner comes in and sees that and points out to Hands that he took a huge step back in that he had a beautiful lady who said she loved him and he replaced her with a plastic sex doll!. Hands simply refused to be with a call girl!.
Later The Boys arrived back home and Denny was happy with the way Allen conducted himself!. Then the other senior partner made it clear that if Allen were ever lucky enough to get another day in front of the Supreme Court and he insulted them the way he did that day then the firm would have to fire him no matter how much he and the firm was proud of what was said!.
Afterwards on the balcony Allen and Denny smoked their cigars and drank their scotch and wondered what the decision would be!. The laughed a litle at how Geinsberg had the hots for Denny and Thomas nearly had a cardiac arrest over he magazine comment, and they thought what could ever come next!. What will be their next great adventure!.
