Question: Is anybody else addicted to PBS's "Antique Roadshow"!?
I'm not a nerd, and I love that show!. Its really took off and helped PBS also!. I love PBS because they just tell the facts!. Has anybody seen that Antique Roadshow epsidode where the American striped blanket was worth half a million buckaroos!? I really want to see that!. The commercial is so funny!. "Its just a blanket" and the old guy looks at his wifes blanket over the chair!. he he!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I really missed shows like this because Mexican TV only offers a few American shows (Dr Phil and Oprah!.!.!.really)!.
There is a device called sling box that a friend in the US allowed us to connect to a cable box at his home and now I get it all through the Internet!. I can now watch Antiques Roadshow, Home and Garden TV and still I can see Latin TV if I want!.

I have seen all of them and there are some experts on the show but once in a while they will give an apprasial for something that never in a million years would that or could that particular item fetch the big $$$!.

Yes! My husband and I went for about 9 months without cable or satelite tv at home, so I watched alot of PBS on the weekends!. That was the show I always looked foward too! (I love the travel shows too, like Globe Trekker) I started looking around my house for old items (ya right) and I told my husband I want to shop at yard sales, lol!Www@Enter-QA@Com
