Taylor really has grounds for it too!. Brooke has signed away her maternal rights, Taylor has the court scene as back-up, so Brooke has no more reason to be stalking that baby than I do !

HA! I think you know very well that you aren't the only one who feels that way!! If Taylor DOESN'T get that restraining order, the writers are AGAIN way off-base! Of course she'd get one, Brooke is acting like a crazy person in so many ways concerning Jack!.!.!. I honestly wouldn't put it past her to try to kidnap Jack, and try to justify it in one way or the other!.
