I really, really do!. He does have a good voice but honestly he is mono tone and very overrated, do you really want the next American Idol to be a pop singer!?!? how do you feel about this!? there is far better on that show yet hes never been in the bottom, Kinda strange if ya ask me!. The ones that stood out to me have been voted out!. I think Idol is becoming more of a popularity contest rather than a singing contest!. David A!. looks like he's 12 and sings decently, but to use one of Simon's favorite phrases, "He belongs on a cruise ship!." It has gotten boring and I don't care who wins anymore!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think that it is rigged because if it wasn't Kristy Lee Cook would have been off way before and she wouldn't have even made it on to the top twelve or whatever!. But personally, I don't think David Archuleta is bad!. I just think he picks good songs and the fact that he's not hideous is helping to win all the girls' votes for him!. So, truly, American Idol is probably rigged to add something "extra" to the show, but after so many season, the bad auditions are the only things to wait for!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's not fixed!. People really get behind David Archuletta because he is a good singer and so young and unassuming, like the kid next door!.
we're all just so competitive and want to see our team win!. If we don't watch football or baseball, then our "team" is the singer we most identify with!. Every singer has had some good and some not as good weeks, so any one of them deserve to win!.!.!.but!.!.!.do you think there are any people out there who vote for the person who did the best each week!.!.!.a different person each week!? Nope, they pick their favorite early on, and vote for that person whether they have a good or a bad week!. Maybe even more when they have a bad week! It's a competition among some really good singers, any of which sing better than Miley Cyrus who sells out concerts and has scalpers selling tickets for 1000 bucks!. I dont think its rigged at all(though i did question this when kristy was still on the show) but david a is really popular, just as popular as david cook!. i dont know why ppl cant accept that!. An American Idol for the most part IS a pop competition so I dont get ur question, 'do you really wanna the nxt idol to be pop' I mean, what do you think Kelly Clarkson or Jordin Sparks are!? And there isint better on the show, him and david c are equally as good as eachother, but they are soo differant you cant really compare them!.

I don't think it's fixed as such, but I do think that the judges always go easy on him!. He has a definite market (the under 14's) so they know they can make some money from him before he disappears into obscurity!. He's incredibly mediocre IMO!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think he deserves to win!. He has such a big voice for his young age!. He's definitely not monotone!. Have you heard how his voice goes from low to high and his amazing runs!?!?
