Seinfeld really packed a lot into an episode and the writing and fast pace of the show is why it takes the top prize!.

Frasier was also a funny show although some of the situations could be seen coming from the start!. They always paired him off with women who were too young for him and honestly I thought that Niles was such a fruit that I could never buy him and Daphne who by the way was much funnier at the beginning when she had physic powers!. The parts at the station were too few and far between and some of the funniest situations!. Roz was great!.
