The guy's name is Bailey Chase who plays Chris Hughes on As the World Turns!. He was also in a two part episode of last season's Criminal Minds where we was a cop and targeted Penelope Garcia for information (he dated her and shot her)!. He thought she'd made some link to a case he was involved with so he stalked her and tried to kill her so the link would not be disovered!. He's done lots of other stuff but this is the most recent work I can think of right now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
