1!. yes serena and chuck hate each other!.!.!. chuck tried to have sex with serena (read: forced sex, read: almost rape-ish) so they hate each other!.
2!. Serena and blair mega ***** at each other for a few episodes and then they figure out its doing no one any good!. Blair tells serena that she hated the fact that serena just left without a goodbye and te fact that she didnt keep in touch!.!. and soon enough they make up and are friends again!.
3!. Jenny hates blair because blair treats her like ****!. Jenny wants to be with the 'in' crowd and Blair holds her in contempt!. also, Jenny kissed Nate(Blairs BF) at the masquerade ball, although Nate didnt know it was her (He thought she was Serena coz S and J switched masks) and Blair didnt forgive her!.
4!. Coz chucks dad and Serenas mum are engaged to be married!
5!. Chuck hit on Jenny (hint: almost-rape-ish, again!) and Dan catches him in the act and hence totally hates him!.
