Because his mum is a lonely pushover!. She'd rather pander to his every whim and have him as her best friend, than actually be a proper parent and give him limits!. If she had a spouse, it may be easier for her to be a proper parent since she wouldn't feel so lonely!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
His mom made him what he is!. They had a great episode with Cesar Milan from the Dog Whisperer, where he had worked with Cartman like a badly behaving animal!. In the end all of Cartman's horrible behavior was cured!.!.!.for 10 minutes!.!.!.then mom got lonely and started to bribe and twist him again into the Cartman we all know and!.!.!.love!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
