I think i would have to go with "Diversity Day" It was one of the first episodes I ever saw even though I didn't start watching right away and it is still soo funny!. I love how into the "guess what race you are" game Dwight and Kevin get and how Michael talks to Kelly forgetting that she wasn't there and has no idea about the game!.
Oh, and "Sexual Harrasment"!. I think in the deleted scenes, Michael comes up with a better diversity plan made up of modivational word that, when put together, spells INCEST!.!.!.!.so greatWww@Enter-QA@Com
