Emily was strangeled by Diego Alcazar (Text message Killer) but is still around as a hallucination, not a ghost!. Only Nikolas can see her due to a brain tumor he has, which he won't get fixed because of the fact that it allows him to see Emily!. Liz and Jason have been meeting in secret at a safe house for awhile now!. They love each other but had decided that for Jakes saftey they cant be together!. (Not sure how behind you are so if you didnt know, Jake is Jason's not Lucky's!. Lucky knows but for Jakes saftey is still letting people think he is the father!.) Anyways!.!.!.!.a week ago Jason proposed and Liz said yes but not a second later he found out about Micheal being shot and once again decided his life is to dangerous!. Emily was killed (strangled) in October/November by the Text Message Killer (who was revealed to be the un-dead Diego Alcazar)!.
Jason and Liz are secretly seeing one another!. Lucky knows Jake is not his, but has agreed (and still wants to be) Jake's father b/c Jason's life is too dangerous!. It looked like Jason and Liz were going to finally come out in the open about their relationship, and Jason even proposed to Liz and she accepted!. But then Michael got shot, and is now in what the doctor's are calling a permanent coma, so Jason called it off and said they couldn't be together openly, although Liz still wants to be w/him secretly, and he has agreed!.
