i went back and watched the pilot ep of lost and i have a thought!. why is it that jack and kate come out of the jungle instead of being on the beach with the others!. also if you watch this episode you see hurley and sun are all shaken up too after the crash!. here's my point!.!.!. we are in the 4th season now and we know the oceanic six, jack, kate, hurley, sayid, aaron, and sun!. we know that this group of people have to go back to the island, but what if they do go back but they go back in time!. they pick the moment that they all first got to the island and they have the oppurtunity to change things!. remember time on the island is different than time off!. what are your thoughts!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Wow! Interesting theory!. I never considered that!. But would Aaron go back into the womb!?

Okay, just kidding!. My thought about that is that time travel in Lost seems to follow the theory that things can't be changed--for example, Desmond was told by that mysterious lady in his flashback that if death is coming for you, it will catch up to you eventually!. So if they went back in time, all they could do is relive where they'd already been, except maybe with the conscious knowledge that they were reliving it!.

Not that I'd completely dismiss your theory!. After all, Desmond did postpone Charlie's death for a while!. But when Charlie did die, it was exactly as foretold!. So if Jack and Kate went back to the beginning, it would have to be to some place that we've already seen--ooh, like why they're in the jungle instead of on the beach!. Interesting!. (The question is, were they aware of having traveled back!? In the beginning of season 1, they appear, at least, to have just met!.)

But I love time travel stories and time travel is not unheard of on Lost, so it's possible that Jack & Co!. might return to the island in some other time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

My Lord child, your mind is as warped as mine!. And that's saying something!. But I like it!.
I think that the Oceanic Six will have to go back because of the power of the Island - if they don't, their lives will never be right!. And since Aaron was born on the Island, it's conceivable that his power will be greater than even Locke's or Walt's!. Remember, Locke got his mobility back, but Walt went psychic on them!. I read a lot of stuff (and watch a lot of stuff) that involves time travel, and the one constant seems to be that time that has passed is immutable!. You can change the future, but not the past!. So perhaps their need to return to the Island is connected to the future!. (Duh!! Well, of course it is!. Sorry about the stupid moment!.) My question is, exactly how far does the Island's power extend!? We know that it kept Michael from dying when he tried to commit suicide!. But so far, everyone I've seen, except Sun and Kate (in the future) seem to be having adverse effects!. So my question is about the children!. Since children conceived on the Island (and their mothers) apparently died, but getting off the Island lets the kids live (Sun and Yi Jeong), there must be a connection between the conception of life and the Island!. I'm babbling, aren't I!? Anyway, I'm just saying that Kate and Sun, having children with them who are connected to the Island, while Jack became a drunk, Hurley went nuts again, Sayid started working for Ben (and how Weird is that!?)!. So the positive connection must have something to do with the children!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Very very interesting theory!. I love how your mind works!. Maybe you should work for the CIA!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
