Heather may be working as legal consultant at Jabot, like deble has suggested, but I have no doubt that Brad might use this as an opportunity to try and hit on her. With his martial track record (Ashley, Victoria) and his "sleeping around" record (Nikki, SharHO) it's apparent that he is such a womanizer that I wouldn't put it past him to put the moves on her. Bradstard is such a slimeball. If Paul is any kind of father, he'd be wary of this and look out on him.
