i don't think so, supposedly, he dislike being too famous. He'd rather do small tours, make it feel more personal rather than a show to millions of viewers. Makes sense to me

I doubt it. He had creative differences with Comedy Central and he kind of "checked out" at a crucial time. I see him coming back with a hit stoner movie. JMO!
