hm, well i also have cox cable. CMT for me is on channel 64. but im pretty sure it depends on where you live. go to www.tvguide.com and then go to whats on tv, and click tv listings and put in your zip code. and then click where it says your city-cox communications. It will tell you what channel CMT is on. just look on the side
