I want to know the name of the song (and author/singer if possible) that it's playing at the end of the 3rd season 14th episode (The Gravesitter) of Ghost Whisperer, that was on air yesterday, in the scene where she tells to the blogger's brother and sister about him and he goes into the light (just before the hands and faces in the pavement)

I think I finally found it. It's called "The Moment I Said It", by Imogen Heap.
