Hi, that episode's called "Calling," and it's the second to last of the season, so of course they're really building up viewer's hopes of a Clark/Lana romance which culminated the Chloe/Clark puppy dog obsession!
At the beginning when Clark and Lana kiss, and she says, "Uh, I think we should take it slow," that seems to really mean, "I feel bad about Chloe, Clark," because she (and everybody else) knows how much her best friend Chloe's been in love with him - which Chloe makes obvious during the next episode after she goes balistic when she sees them together!!
So, I think that was just Lana's sensitive, thoughtful, worried about her best friend Chloe's feelings and "still trying to figure you out, Clark" face which she made an awful lot of, and that it's to represent her thinking and her apprehension towards turning a friendship into a relationship - and that nothing else happened. Or they could have gotten frisky in the hayloft, but that doesn't seem to fit the character plot lines, and it wasn't in the episode. :-)
If you mean the episode Vortex (right after the Tornado), they didn't do anything.
