Why does everyone hate Brooke from American Idol?!
Question: I've been reading answers from people upset that Brooke hasn't been eliminated yet and I am wondering... what are you people SMOKING??? She is one of the most talented people to ever grace the AI stage!! Her voice is something never heard before on Idol and her stage presence and talents with instruments are so unique. She is probably the ONLY person whose album I would actually buy. Are you people wanting to hear crappy karaoke remakes or do you want a truly talented person to win??? Get with it people!!!

I didn't realize that most people didn't like Brooke.. I love Brooke too.. She is one of my favorites. and I would buy her music...
Well...personally I can't stand when she talks back to the judges, why can't she just stand there and listen to them instead of interrupting them and talking over them!?
OMG! I had no idea people did not like Brooke i love her! She's not the best but she's really good I can see her in fourth or fifth but she's one of my favorites! Brooke's really good I'd buy her cd
i actually really like her. she is a great singer, and she has all these musical talents, like guitar and piano. her voice IS different! plus, she just has such a great personality... she's always bubbly, happy, and optimistic. plus, i usually like her outfits :]
Don't worry - I love Brooke! She is my favorite, and I do vote for her! I think she is very talented, and I definitely would buy her album. And, I don't think you and me are the only ones who do like her; if so, she would have been booted off a long time ago. You are not alone - Brooke rocks!
All I can know is that Kristy Lee Cook needs to go home, and if Brooke ever gets voted off before Kristy, I will be p-offed, just like I was last night with Michael Johns.
I don't think people "hate" her...she is just such a non factor so far this year. I have liked some of her performances but she hasn't really "WOW"ed me yet.
I like the sound of her voice and as far as female contestants...she is the only one I like...well maybe Carly. The rest of the girls should have never made it final 10.
Don't get going on Kristy Lee Cook or Syesha....what I feel towards them is near hate....
And what how American Idol/Ryan Secrest dealt with Michael Johns last night and yanking him around made me so angry.
I don't hate her, she's one of the best. Brooke is amazing. She will go to the finals, but I want David Cook to win. They would both be sucessful. So will Michael Johns.
alright i'll admit, im not a big fan of brooke's but she does have a good voice.
however, i feel that she doesnt have good stage presence at all and has a hard time accepting contructive critism from the judges. every week it looks as if shes going to burst into tears. tells me that if she can't take the opinions from the judges, theres no way she'll make it in the music industry where you're constantly getting judged or bad reviews.
she just seems like the sort of person who wouldnt go anywhere and would be another failed idol.
i must say that i havent been smoking a darn thing and i would never buy her cd if she somehow managed to come out with one.

Totally agree. I like Brooke. People seem to go for the little cutsie ones instead of the talented ones. Her and David Cook get my votes every week : )
i really like brooke a lot and i think she is real talented. jason is my favorite but she is number 2 for sure. i dont like when she talks back to the judges for 20 minutes but hey everyone has their flaws :)
