In most cases it is, but let us not forget Noel Edmonds is one slippery weasel. Ghandi would have stabbed him.
At one time i liked him in the 90s but now he really gives me the creeps. When he does Deal or no deal i just have to switch channels, cant work out why.

Awful isent he ,But I like Deal or no Deal so I put up with the sight of him ,Strange isent it ,He hasent changed his style for decades And he so puts down the older ones ,Everybody that goes on there must be nervous ,But if anybody dares to forget something or open the box wrong hes on their case ,I noticed the last old lady that was on their answered him back a bit ,Good for her,And his false laugh when hes talking to the banker ,I could go on and on
I know the reason its all very scientific this is the formula:
smugness + (smarmyness - a soul) = noel edmonds
=wanting to make him watch while you you kill everything he holds dear (which is probably his money and his reflection) then beating him to death while dressed as Mr Bobby
note; he doesn't deserve capital initials.
