They never revealed it. In one episode Malcom was giving a speech and went to say his last name, there was feedback that scrambled the name out. There was another episode where he said his last name and the crowd was booing so you couldnt hear it. Just another tv mystery, just like we will never know where the Simpsons actually live:P
Huh...good question...and I used to watch it all the time too....I even checked out Wikipedia and they have nothing on the last name......man, now I won't be able to go to sleep until I find out what it is..........
