If I never found "The Office" remotely funny what does it say about me!

Question: Take it easy now! lol

Answers: Take it easy now! lol

That you have a discerning sense of humor and aren't led by the masses?

Good for you!

which version don't you find humourous - the English with Ricky Gervais or the American one with Steve Carrell?

I loved the original BBC version but can't stand the American one...and I'm an American.

No I thought it was excellent, and funny. Mind you, I liked the Royle" family too.

that we are the same person, i hated every minute of the one i saw. And Gervais is a big fat blob, and unfunny to boot.

The English one i was talking about.

cringe making.

You've got the same sense of humour that I have.

It just wasn't very funny really

Sense of humour is such a personal thing, I used to really like the Office (UK) but I had to watch it from behind a cushion to hide behind when it got too cringy. I agree with the other guy, I never really got into the US version, I don't think that it is less funny - it's just different humour and less to my taste.

You HAVE a sense of humour. The Office was well observed BUT, it just ran out of ideas.

At least it put the 'Slough Trading Estate' on the comedy map :-)

That your smart. I despise that show.

I tried to watch that show too, and found it to be really stupid. So it doesn't say anything bad about you, other than you have comedic taste.

It may mean that you have better taste than most of the TV audience. But, since I have never watched the shows (I don't do sitcoms -- hate the laugh tracks), I don't know for sure.

No

Thankfully it means we all have different tastes, I mean some people actually think My Family is a comedy.

I work in a bank and we have a Dwight and an Angela so I think the show is fricking hillarious.

Carrell is a riot. I enjoy the show quite a bit and am excited about tonight.

There is nothing wrong with you. The humor in this show is subtle and that is why I like it.

It doesnt necessarily mean anything, you just have a different taste in comedy than those who enjoy the office- myself included. Your sense of humor could be slapstick, screwball, grossout, dry, wit, sarcasm, dark, the list goes on. It comes down to what you find to be entertaining. Personally, I love the office- and i enjoy all sorts of comedies

It's definately an "against the grain" type show. Is anything wrong with you? Probably not, but I think that the office is today's Seinfeld. It's super whitty, and very much about real life for most people.

That you have good taste I didn't find it funny and neither did the other half.

it took me a couple of episodes to get into it i have to say - i had to distance myself from the cringey ness!!!! i just spent the whole time feeling so embarrassed for david brent.... then i took a step back - and yeah i found it really really funny!!!!

Not funny at all.

that you are sane just like me!
i have a great (and childish sense of humour) but it just wasnt funny

Its says you got more sense than too laugh at unfunny rubbish like "The Office" it was one of those programmes where it was supposed to be funny to people who worked in an office or can relate to, but i just thought it was garbage
