I really don't give a crap if she marries Kane or not. But I'm confident that she will not keep the baby. With all the stress she's enduring with college and career, plus the fact that she's not eating or sleeping properly, she is sure to miscarry. Living proof that she is not mature enough for motherhood.
I do not know if she will keep this baby though. Because she was telling Kane yesterday that she was not ready to be a mom. Because she had to much on her plate now. With her job a jabot and with her going to school. But - i can see that Kane want lily to keep the baby. And he wants to build a life with her. Because when he was growing up - he didn't have a mom or a dad round to watch over him. All he had was his uncle until her found Jill up until last year.
I hope she does.
She has started she has no time to be a mom, but.... she could always hire a nanny.
