GH fans, do you just hate it that the writers just cut Sonny out of the storylin!
Question: Carly gets to emote! Jason gets to get all teary! Sonny is missing?? Maurice Bernard will never get a best actor award because the writers always do this to his character. This could have been a really powerful scene for him but he's not even at the hospital!

I agree there should have been a big connection with Sonny and Carly,caring for their son.Sonny should have been able to show his tender side.
Yeah, what's up with that? The only thing I can figure is that the writers are getting ready to pair up Jason and Carly. Remember that dream she had when she was unconscious in the water last week? If that happens, I'm going to quit watching this show. Jason should be with Liz and Jake.
I didn't get to see it today but will watch tonight on SoapNet. I do remember that when Patrick said that they could see Michael, two at a time, Carly pulled Jason and said, "Come on." They were both in there and at the same time, Sonny and Kate were outside the room looking in the window. I seem to recall yesterday Sonny saying something about praying and then seeing him and Kate in the chapel. Perhaps what you saw today was the Carly/Jason vigil over Michael's bedside and tomorrow, Sonny and perhaps Kate will be by his side. I don't know how long that will last though...I also recall Carly saying that she'll make sure this doesn't happen again.
I know, I don't think he was even nominated throught the prenomination process this year. I am sure once Carly calms down he will go in or go when she leaves for a bit, he is feeling all kinds of guilt.
I think Sonny's disappearence is a big build up to tommorrow's show. I think in tomorrows show will show Sonny's vulnerability and him realizing that he can't protect his kids like he would like to. I was real confused about Sonny not being at Mike's bedside, but I think tomorrow will answer all my questions.
I think the writers did that to get Carly's point across. I don't think she'll ever forgive Sonny and I can understand why she won't let him see Michael.
