I don't think Michael's going to die...I think he'll be in a coma for a while and when he comes out of it they will have aged the character quite a bit.
As far as Kate's secret, it is probably that she had a baby with Trevor...and personally, I think it's Spinelli.
I think Lulu is going to freak if and when she finds out that Claudia had anything to do with it. Now, technically, Johnny didn't and that's his only redeeming quality right now. Claudia purposely wanted him out of the loop.

Kate didn't have sex with Sonny first time around so they couldn't have child together, don't really care what her secret is. She kind of annoys me.
I would like to find out who Sam's father is too.
Lulu will hate Johnny when she finds out that he was involved. She is getting sick of the violence. And he was involved because even though he didn't know the details he did know Claudia had something set up to kill Sonny that night.

Michael will be in a coma until they decide what to do with Dillon Cash he is not happy with the age of his charcter so he will be SOAR"D the secret with Kate it will not be a child with Sonny they have already said that Kate and Sonny did not sleep together when they were kids it has something to do with a sister or a child maybe with Trevor Sam's baby this is a lot of speculation it is rumored to be either Jax after Carly runs to Jason or Dr Deviln's but he is supposed to administer an experimental drug to make her conceive and Lulu if this comes out that Claudia put out that hit and Johnny knew Lulu is still going to be Lulu and not stay away from him, its not in her nature,. I think this is going to result in Trevor's death he was supposed to die in February making me think that Kate's secret is not a child with Trevor. Happy watching.
Michael is not dying...he will be in a coma until they age the character in a few months.
Kates secret will probably drag out for more months to come. Sam is supossed to get pregnant and I am sure Dr.Devlin will be the dad.
Lulu will be seriously pissed when she finds out that Johnny and his sis ordered the hit that got little Michael shot instead. I don't know how she could forgive that one.
The character of Michael Corinthos will not die. Dillon Cash is vacating the role and they will have the character in a coma until the role is filled--Michael will wake up older though.

Sam is gonna get pregnant thanks to Dr. Ian Devlin, who is obsessed with her. Speculation is the dad will either be Jax or Dr. Devlin himself.
Lulu will be incredibly pissed once she finds out the truth about Michael's shooting. Even though Johnny wasn't directly involved, she won't see it that way. I have a feeling that in the end though, she'll end up defending him once she learns that he didn't know details.

I don't believe Kate has a secret! She was supposed to have confessed it to Jax but all she told him was that she used to be Connie from Sonny's past! At a time like this, I don't think Sonny needs anymore children!!
