oh, i know what you talking about! i know all the ladies are too concerned on what strangers think of them to a certain degree, but alex and simon are on a totally different level!! they are just wannabees;quite pathetic really!
i'm a stay at home mom and my house is 10X better than their condo! did you see that mess?
plus their faces look like prehistoric man! what's with that?? and alex's hair looks like straw! overprocessed, dry and brittle! you would think she can afford to get her hair in better shape than that!
the other ladies i love--good and bad qualities- because they are not afraid to show they are human! they are hilarious and if i found myself in the nyc social circle, i would look them up!

Is she the one married to the foreign guy? I can't stand her nasty hair! You would think that since she knew she was on tv she would make her hair pretty- or at least try! She annoys me. I don't like her husband much either- they're just kind of weird. Like- too weird. It seems like the producers could have picked a better couple. Yuck. I like Luanne the best... I think. ha
I'm annoyed at the entire premise of the show. Alex is kinda creepy-looking. She has a fascination with the French.
I agree. I watched it tonight for the first time, and she's really annoying. Did you notice how her and husband kept talking about "contacts" and "making connections" and "networking"? It's like all they want to do is use people for something. Plus she's really kind of a mess to supposedly be this sophisticated New Yorker.
For some reason she reminds me of Nicole Kidman... I think she is snobby and stuck up. Her whole attitude about her children and marriage bother me. They need to do things separately.... My goodness... they are up eachother's.. well you know what... I think she needs to let loose and mellow out a little!
