She likely has the timing memorized (based on the practice sessions to learn the routines) and/or can feel the beat (vibrations) of the music.
Deaf people (like myself) learn other ways of using our remaining senses to help us "hear". The sense of touch goes a long way with us...using vibrations and waves to "hear".
I'm legally deaf and I was born that way. I have about 20% of what is considered normal hearing. Using my other senses is how I help myself be more open to the world.

Its mostly a matter of timing and feeling the vibrations of the music. But She also takes signals from her partner.

Plus you can usually find commercials & other video's too.
