For Battlestar Galactica, do I NEED to watch the Razor special before I can watc!

No. If you've seen season 3, you will be able to follow season 4 without any problems...even if you haven't seen Razor yet.
However, you should still watch Razor...because it's good. ;-) But you don't need to have seen it to follow season 4.
Well, they've only had one episode of season 4 so far, and you didn't need to watch Razor before watching it.
Not sure about future episodes. There is a possibility they'll call back to Razor before the season is over.
No, it was a stand alone special. Its on tonight, 08/04/08 on Sky One along with 2 other specials, season 4 starts next week I think. You should watch it anyway, I watched it the first time it was on and thought it was good.
