i was forced to watch when i was a kid. i would have rathered watching cartoons cuz i didnt understand alot of what was going on. but i'm glad my dad made me watch news back then. i have an appreciation and an understanding of things now. and i watch without being told to do so. lol. oh and u're wrong. i dont think u're ever to young to make a difference or change things. u just have to me motivated, ambitious, creative, patient and determined and u can make almost anything happen.
My 9 year old watches with me. She also does when I am not watching too, many times she has told me about something first!
My 14 year old watches the news with or without my husband and i. my 9 year old does sometimes too. My 8 year old doesn't care on way or the other.
i watch the news every night before i go to bed. I love the news.

1. If they are not watching it, it is probably because they have better things to do.
2. Why is this posted in SOAP OPERAS? Are you trying to say that the NEWS is a soap opera?
Note: I don't watch the news, and I'm 39. I'm too busy when I get home from work around 6:00pm, and then I'm usually in bed between 10:00 and 10:30pm.
This has nothing to do with Soaps. Go watch the news.
