no. i think one of the davids will win. if not i would agree its fixed, i had heard that early in the season becasue she has been signed before, so garuntee a good one to win. but the davids have out shined her so i dont think they can have her win, so many people would be so mad.

it makes absolutly no sense for american idol to be fixed! all the american idol exectutives just care about how many cds the winner is gonna sell and how many buys off itunes thyre gonna get! the reason they have the voting is to figure out who people like the most! and the person america likes most is gonna win because the more ppl tht like the person the more cds get sold and the more money the show gets! yea.. sometimes the voting may be a lil off but not much! like i said it makes no sense for american idol to be fixed!

You are indeed correct, it is fixed to a certain degree. Its all about perception, and major sponsors have a big say in this.
