RTD has said in one of his interviews that the part in "Last of the Timelords" where a woman picks the Master's ring from the fire was put in there so that once RTD leaves (after series 4) the next production team can bring him back if they want
Well he didn't regenerate which means he'll probably never come back.. =( Which is a shame because I LOVE him! Who doesn't love a guy who can dance to Scissor Sisters?
In this series, definetely not
On The Last Of The Time Lords at the end, the woman who has the ring is put in there so that if they want to, the writers for future Doctor Who episodes can bring back Mr Saxon. Also, it may concern Lucy(Mr Saxon's wife).
dunno about this series but i want him to return in one of the specials they are doing next year. he was great!
