You can subscribe to "dodash8". She uploads all the latest episodes, usually in 5 parts. For other seasons, just to a search or check her videos.

americas next top model episdoe# part 1 and then there's usually about 5 parts.. there are channels on there completely devoted to it so they'll have every episode and even past seasons
i don't have time to watch it so i get it on youtube..
I would go on alluc.org, it's the best for watching online.
i don't know if the seasons will be available on DVD but VH1 and MTV are always running re-runs of past seasons and they always show the whole season right before the finale. the CW might even run a few of this season.

You have to type it in but that only takes one sec.
for example to watch the 1st episode your have to type in;
ANTM CYCLE 10 E01 P01 THEN WATCH
ANTM CYCLE 10 EO1 P02 THEN WATCH
and so fourth. There's usually 4 parts of 10-15 mins each
