I don;t think so.I think it's because she's not eatting and always working.She's trying to be thin when she's already thin.Yet Chloe isn't as thin as Lily.

The storyline makes it look like she could either be pregnant, or have some mysterious ailment.
If she is pregnant, it's doing wonders for her backbone. for a change. In the past couple of weeks she has told Chloe off, and had a lot to say to Amber today.

In yesterday's GLOBAL episode (Today's CBS episode), Amber mentioned to Cane that in the movies when the heroine is tired all the time, nausious, and moody it usually means she is pregnant.
On today's GLOBAL episode Cane asked Lily if there was a chnace she might be pregnant. Lily said NO WAY.
Cane & Lily decided to take a home pregnancy test. Lily said she'd call with the results as Cane had to go to a meeting. (Cane wanted to skip the meeting and be with Lily, but Lily insisted he go to the meeting)
The episode ended with Lily calling Cane. We will have to wait til Monday to find out the answer. But the look on her face was saying "Yes"

Some one just posted some spoilers on hear. And - it is saying that lily is pregnant. And - this is going to Change her modeling career. Plus - i don't think Chloe is going to like this one either. She has been nit picking at lily fro weeks now. This just gives that girl something else to pick on lily about.

YES!YES! She is pregnant. I think that she is so in love with Cane. I love the way that he protects her. But the killer part will be is when Dru comes back and meets her grandbaby!!!
I think she is because the spoilers for next week are ringing in that direction. To make a long story short on Monday's episode Lily calls Cane and looks worried, so that pretty much gives it away. If you think about she had more pregnant symptoms with the tiredness and vomiting.
