Does anyone else notice that the kid that plays Ned on Ghost Whisperer has aged !

Question: he use to be a little kid when they first put him on the show and now they have some guy that is way older playing him...its like they aged his charater from being a 9-10 year old to a 18 year old just in the past few shows....
