Answers: well what to say about Dr who i cant wait !!!!! whoop ! GO DAVID TENANT!!!

I'll admit i'm quite looking forward to it but the inclusion of Catherine Tate makes me apprehensive

i could wait all year..i don't watch it

Yes but not looking forward to Tate - she looks pretty poor in the trailers and was rubbish when she appeared before.

ME

my 4yr old cant wait for it,shes mad on it,just sits there until its fini, she keeps asking me,is it saturday yet mum.

Meeeee... Rose is coming back! Who cares if its illogical with all that parallel world stuff, it'll still be brilliant :)

it's such a poor production, i hope is taken off air.
it's so badly made.

I’m looking forward to it.

It surely can’t be as good as the last series, a series that John Simms stole with his superb performance as the enthusiastically insane genius “the Master”.

John Simm really was fantastic as the Master. I really just wanted him to beat the Doctor lol. I wish Jack had been in it more though. Only 3 episodes and he wasn't on screen that much. :( Oh well iv had Torchwood lol. I can't wait for the new series. as something of an obsessive fan it's been hell since xmas. Though UKTV Drama now shows the old eps of a week day. I'd hardly ever seen any Tom Baker eps before. On Catherine Tate, I think she'll be quite good. She is after all an actress and not just a comedian. From what I've seen of clips on LKToday etc I think the series will be quite funny.

Me - I like the old Dir-Wa-Ho there!!!!!!!

I was looking forward to it immensely and was getting very excited before I saw the preview clips of episode 1. To be honest though, it doesn't strike me like it's going to be a very good one. I could be wrong of course, but I don't see how walking blobs of fat, which look like tic-tacs with legs and drawn on smiley faces, are going to be particularly scary.

It will be worth watching though, if only because it's the start of a new series, and hopefully for the interplay between the Doctor and Donna.

I must say I'm looking forward a lot more to episode 2 now, which has been described as "Doctor Who at it's best" by people who saw the preview last week.

Yep, that'd be me. I haven't been looking forward to it terribly much to be honest, but now I'm psyched. I think Catherine Tate's Donna is going to be truly excellent - a real old school companion but with a modern depth. The Adipose - the walking fat globules from episode 1 - didn't sound great when I heard them described, but checking out the trailer, I found I rather liked them. If you imagine the demand worldwide for things that make you slim without any effort, when the product turns out to dissolve you into these little cute, creepy things, it's gonna be a huge problem - like Star Trek's Tribbles, only with the added danger that you die to give birth to them. Episode 2 I'm taking more convincing about, but I think it's gonna be centred on some good old-fashioned performances. The return of the Ood I can deal with now I know it's going to be going into how they became the things we saw in the Satan Pit, and dealing with slavery issues. The Sontarans are always welcome (I even like them in the Two Doctors, which takes a measure of devotion!) so I'm trying to ignore the fact that their story was written by Helen "Evolution of the Daleks" Raynor... lalalalalalaI'm not listening!

Bring it on, I say, but also, before that - Torchwood! Let's kick some Spike-a*s (I'm assuming no-one's pretending that Captain John is anything, in character-terms, other than Spike without the fangs, right?) and then move straight onto the Whofest.

I keep dreaming about it!!!! I am soooo stoked!

Cant wait Catherine Tate will really make it

Me.
