Apprentice - depressing viewing last night?!!!?!

Jenny was vile - she typified a bullying manager who picked on everyone else in order to cover up for her own (huge) incompetences.
Her personal attacks on Shazia and Lucinda in the boardroom were nothing short of outrageous.
Don't know about you, but I work with someone a bit similar to Jenny (always blames others and puts people down), and I find it depressing that this type of behaviour is rewarded (i.e. it's good to be so ruthless). And no one stands up to these people - why didn't anyone tell her to 'f*** off' in the car when she was attacking Lucinda?

I couldn't believe that no one really challenged Jenny about her behaviour in the car. A team leader/boss giving negative feedback (that was also pretty abusive) in front of other people..how unprofessional was that? And then not allowing Lucinda to stick up for herself. I was sorry though that Lucinda didn't attend the meeting in the morning..she would have been better to for her own sake..not allowing Jenny to be able to criticise her about anything else.
Whoever was in the car at the time did mention something but didnt really say enough.
Shes a complete bully and vile. I hate how she always says stop talking and be quiet. She's the new Katie Hopkins.
Sir Alan made a huge mistake and best get shot of her soon because she would be no good as an apprentice.

i agree with you ..i din't like jenny at all. She made lucinda like scape goat. Also shazia was wrongly fired by Sir. Alan because she did not deserve to be fired. It wasn't her fault at all that they lost the task. Jenny was big mouth and din't do any work. She was just bossing around. She was so arrogant and rude.
sara did mention it to her in the car when she was trying to bully lucinda on their way back. But she is big head, wouldn't listen to anyone.
Hope she gets sense soon or she will be fired.
I am sorry but personnaly i felt Sir Alan and jenny being bit racist yday. Dunno why i just felt that way.
Yeah she was so horrible to both of them. I couldn't believe it when she opened her mouth and started to lie about both of them. That woman needs to be fired.
in the business world its competitive. Jenny was just getting her point across.
thing is it may sound like shes being a bully but in actual fact shes just trying to set something straight and if lucinda didn't interrupt her in the car it would have been one straight point and thats that. Lucinda showed no respect to the project manager by interrupting her AND previously showing her disrespect by not listening to jenny over the phone.
Jenny will show you that shes not ruthless but then the show after the apprentice will just portray her as that throughout.
