half baked with dave chappelle, the rush hours with chris tucker are funny, blue streak, national security,with martin lawrence, will smith was also in hitch, thats what it sounds like your interested in seeing our action comedies

Ok, so this one isn't so much like those guys you just mentioned but it isn't very well know but is still definitely worth checking out.
It's by the dude that did Beavis and ButtHead, and is a movie (not cartoon) about a guy that gets frozen and wakes up in a future where everyone is a bunch of morons because all of the stupid people of the world tend to have more kids than do the folks with PhD's and whatnot.
It's pretty stupendous

Major Payne, looked tacky on the cover but well worth a look had me laughing loud
I like A Low Down Dirty Shane, True Lies, and Harlem Nights. Those are more action comedies, kind of old school.
