Garcia's complexion is more fair than Bernard's.
Their vocal range has a distinct variation....Garcia has a twang in his accent where as Bernard speaks with a proper American accent.
Bernard is relatively shorter than Garcia.
Garcia has a slim build where as Bernard has wider shoulders (due to his height).

I never really thought about that before, but now that you mention it, yeah, he does a little bit. I think it's the eyes and the expressions they make that seem a bit similar. .
