Robin does, as we know. Way back in the day, her then boyfriend (on the show) Stone had HIV and she contracted it from him. He eventually died, and then all the drama between her and Jason came up, hence their bond.

Stone didn't know he had the aids disease when he slept with robin. Plus - they didn't even use protections at the time. I guess the reason why she does the walk for aids. Maybe she had friends that past away and she was doing it for the good of the cause. .
