I like Carly and her crazy ways most of the time. But, b/c most of her antics (and her general personality) are so over the top, I do think the writers and directors need to make sure that they're not doing an overkill w/her character.
I love Carly. But she is better in small doses. ;-)
She does doesn't she! She has been taking up too much screen time and her constant whining to Jason is about to annoy me. Now she is resorting to her old tricks and making Lulu spy for her!
I have no problem with carly. I love when get to see her. Sometimes i don't see her at all. But - when she is on - for any amount of length of time. Is OK by me. Just like when they have SAM on too. We haven't even see much of SAM either lately. I would love to see more of her too.

I like Carly, but too much Carly is not always a good thing. She is being ridiculous trying to force Jax to force Kate to hire Lulu. Maxie got that job fair and square. (and I don't even like Maxie). Carly has no businees interfering in Kate's magazine or who she hires. I don't care if Jax is the financial backer. Carly doesn't think any rules or etiquette apply to her. Sometimes I like that about her, other times I can't stand it and want to throw something at her.
I don't mind Carly's time on camera so much, it is Claudia Z that is irritating me!!
She is a horrible person, which is what I guess they want her to be, but I don't like when she is on too much. She is an irritating person!

I don't know, Carly is intuitive and goes with her gut and also based on emotional impulse. What Carly was trying to say is that she associates Claudia emotionally with her losing her and Jax's baby, regardless of whether Claudia was actually at fault and in spite of anything Claudia says or would say on her own behalf and in her defense. Carly is unlikely to change anytime soon, she has her pluses and minuses; and for many viewers she is sort of the character we love to hate.
I love Carly but she's been getting on my nerves lately. I'll be even more upset if she sides with Jax about not letting Sonny near Michael.
At the end of the show I actually thought "How can that be a whole hour?" I checked the clock, she was on for 90% of it and her whining to everyone and treating Jax like he's not as good as Sonny or Jason has upset me. Jax is her husband, when is his turn to be #1 instead of the her priorities of Carly, Jason, Sonny, Michael, Morgan, Lulu and then Jax??? At least I think her mother, Bobbi, comes after Jax. Not that that is right either, but glad to know Jax isn't last on the list.
No, I have no reserved feelings for Carly. I hate her unencumbered. She seems so surprised that there's an issue with Michael and the ill effects of Sonny's "business". All I can say is "DUH !" You'd have to be a moron not to see that coming.
Her feud with Claudia is beginning to heat up AND she's spying on Jax. JAX! Of all people! So being a player in three storylines is going to keep her quite busy for the time being. I still can't stand her, but things are heating up for her and she's likely to explode over the resolution of any one of these three plots.
I hated the way she forced Lulu to spy for her, is she really that insecure?
She hes been taking alot of screen time...I would like to see some more Sonny and Luke scenes instead!
She does have a nice tan. I really like Carly a lot, so todays episode didn't bother me. Why would you hate her just because she was in todays epi so much?
yeah i wouldn't be too disappointed if the bullet meant for sonny took out carly in the process.
I like Carly she can get annoying at times with her whining but shes strong willed and stands up for what she believes in..plus when she was married to Sonny he didn't treat her so great and now she sees him with Kate and sees how he treats her I would be resentful of her too. GH is filmed in LA so thats why she has a tan.
I think Guza is completely out of touch with the fans' feelings. He thinks of Carly as the main female character, and feels the need to shove her in our faces constantly -- even Erica freakin' Kane doesn't get this much airtime. Add to that, Carly's constantly propped by other characters as being braveandstrongandloveswithherwholeheart, when the viewers can clearly see she's a shrieking harpy shrew.
Maybe you should talk to your therapist about this - it's clearly troubling you that she's taking all of your precious GH viewing time - and that NY'ers can have tans too - the nerve of them!
