I was thinking the same thing. They need to soon though cause even though it's a funny show it's getting annoying that they don't give enough clues to figure it out. It sort of reminds me of how "Lost" is too. How they never give you a straight answer. I hope they reveal her within the next season or two.
I'm sure it won't be until the last episode of the series.
I hope it doesn't get cancelled before they show us!

Who cares? Its an awesome show with characters I love. What I have been waiting for all along happened last night . . . Doogie Howser, M.D. spoof! Hilarious!!!!
The rumor I read was that we met her last week. The dermatologist. And it makes sense if you think about the narration that was happening, with Ted having his realization that he can't keep hooking up with chicks at the bars.
I think the show might be trying to sway Sarah Chalke away from Scrubs. Or at least have her come back for another episode.
Sorry, I never watch it, but I'd guess the final episode.
