read something, even a magazine--it's better than watching that kind of crap on TV.
It has become scripted for sure. If the storyline wasn't enough, look at the multiple camera angles. The best documentaries or reality shows on NBC, MTV or HBO don't have that kind of lighting or camera work. And I have read that the story lines are in fact scripted, but that they allow the "actresses" to interject their own words. Lets get real, how many 20 year olds live this fantasy life of beautiful high school, beautiful high school friends, wonderful job after high school (without college) that leads them to Paris?
Stupid show. My teenage kids love it so I watch to keep " in touch" with them.

I agree...think the show is so scripted this year and BORING!!
I too can't stand looking at Heidi....she is so unhealthy looking...she looks like a sick cat since she has lost so much weight and her odd upper lip looks out of place on her face.
I tried watching it once, then it bored me to sleep. I can't imagine how some people never miss it.
