heidi def is really small....and so is whitney ...but the rest are ok...audrina is kinda skinny but i wouldnt say to skinny and lauren is probably the biggest of all and she looks perfectly healthy...

they are really tiny, but all they ever do on the show is drink alcohol, gossip, eat and go to the gym...so maybe their still healthy

It depends on their natural body weight. If that's their natural size, then no, they aren't too skinny. I'm 5'4 and barely weigh 100lbs. And I eat whatever I want. Just depends on your genes. If they're starving themselves, then yes, they may be too skinny. But I've never seen their families or see how they really eat, so it's hard to say.
i think that Audrina has lost a lot of weight in this season. (look back at the past seasons)
also (kinda off topic but...) it looks like Heidi got her lips done.
Lauren doesn't.She's got a little meat on her bones.
