I think its rigged. He chose to stay when he had a less chance of getting 750,000. And when he got a better chance he left (the deal was like only 90,000 more than before). And notice how the show ended at exactly 10:00pm as he was leaving. What if he chose to stay? They can't let the show go past 10:00pm. Therefore, I think everything was predetermined in advance.
