I think Randy knows the most about music and what it takes to succeed. But he's got to change up his lines a bit, they are getting tired. But overall I value his opinion.
Paula, hey I like her, but she really doesn't give much in the way of constructive advice. She rambles a bit too much.
Simon. He tells it like it is, a straight up shooter. I can relate to that. Sometimes though he's too extreme, but that's his image and that's what people tune in for. I usually agree with him.
I'm the opposite - i take Paula and Randy's decision to heart - not Simon's - he's too critical at times - for a good cause I know, but sometimes it's a bit harsh...

Simon is the only real producer of them, so I would take his word more than anyone elses. However, I have seen him praise people that Randy and Paula and Myself thought were truly atrocious....

Most of the time Randy and Paula dont know what they are talking about, they just like to be nice all the time , Simon at least knows talent when he hears it

Okay Simon is a record executive so his opinion has a lot of merit. Randy is an artist and a producer so he's been on both sides of the microphone, so to speak. Paula's a musician and a choreographer. I'd say I listen to all equally, but vote according to whether or not I like the contestant and thought that he/she did well that week.

I care what Simon says first, then Randy, and when Paula is speaking i just press 'mute'
I like to hear what all three of the judges have to say. They all work together to help make the show what it is.
On a different note I miss how Ryan Seacrest used to say "Seacrest out " at the end of the show.
Paula just talks rubbish. I think that when Simon says they are good, they really are good. He isn't saying it just to be nice.
Simon is usually right. Paula is out in left field somewhere with her long drawn-out stupidity. Randy is middle of the road Mr. Nice Guy.
When Paula says "nitch" she means the word "niche" which is pronounced for the most part, the way she does. That word is used in biology all the time, and I've never heard a professor say it like "neesh" although I think you can.
I usually agree totally with Simon. Randy is right half the time, the other half he has no clue what he's talking about. And poor Paula never knows what she's trying to say. She's there purely for the purpose of giving the contestants positive advice on what was good, Randy gives his honest opinion, and Simon is very harsh and the one to win over. Simon is right probably 90% of the time.
I hate to admit it but I typically agree with Simon on most of his opinions. Yeah he is kinda nasty but he didn't make a name for himself by not knowing what makes a good star, artist, etc. Randy is pretty good and Paula..... I really don't know what to say about Paula that hasn't been said already.

I only listen to Simon because I find him amusing. I form my own opinions.
In my opinion Paula is totally worthless. She basically feeds the contestants the same crap every week, whether or not their performance is good. People don't want to hear what Simon has to say, but he is usually right. Randy's just kind of in the middle.
simon's opinion is the most important; randy makes sense sometimes and i just want paula to quit takling. is she always drunk???
I think the contestants same as on our X Factor never bother what other judges say but Simon they do he holds the purse strings.He can make or break their spirit and their career

I only rate Simon's opinion. If I was a contestant he would be the judge I would want on my side. Randy wants to be there for them all but tries to be too nice and as for Paula perleeeze can any one take her serious after all her taantrum and tears on Hey Paula?? Simon looks so embarrased when she goes into a 'drunken' ramble.
