Question: It seems to me that EVERYONE on GH is under the impression that Monica gave birth to Jason, but in reality, he was born because of another Alan affair years ago. Upon the death of Jason's real mom, Alan confessed his affair to Monica & she, being both a doctor AND a woman, adopted Jason as if she went through labor herself. If the real mom had NOT been killed, she was planning to marry Scott Baldwin, thus making him Jason's stepfather. (As if Scott doesn't have ENOUGH people hating him already) Does anyone else remember the name of Jason's REAL mom?

Susan Moore is Jason's real mother. Yes, I do remember but GH doesn't want us to, I think. I think it's funny that Monica always preferred Jason over A.J., her biological child. I would think looking at Jason would remind her of Alan's infidelity.
her name was Susan cannot remember the last name but she was murdered and it made a great ongoing storyline trying to solve the crime

No you are not the only one but it seems that a large section of GH viewers have only been watching for 2- 8 yrs and don't know the history of the show or many of the characters

I've always known that Monica is not Jason's real mother. His real mother was Susan Moore.
Jason's birth mother was Susan Moore. Like you said though Monica has stepped up and raised him as her own, which is pretty decent since he was born from an affair. She actually gave Jason more attention than her own son AJ.

Yes! We know that Monica is not Jason's real mom. But - she loves him all the more. Even if she didn't give birth to him. Just like she did with Emily. Even though she didn't give birth to Emily. She love her to - just like Jason. She love those two as if they were her own two children. Like i said before. A parent doesn't have to be biological - it could be anyone who is there for you no matter what. The one who raised you while you were sick or you cut your knee. Or someone who is just cheering you on from the side sides. It could be an aunt, uncle, sister, or friend. Plus Jason's biological mother was Susan Moore.

No, I knew that Monica was not really Jason's biological mom and that a woman named Susan, who had an affair with Aklan and became pregnant, was. When she died Alan brought Jason home and Monica accepted him and raised him like her own child. When Jason got into the accident and lost his memory and his personality changed he did not know that Monica was not his biological mother and the Q's thought that it wasn't important enough for him to know so they didn't tell him. He did later find out that Monicas wasn't his real mother and Monica was so upset because she was afraid that she would loose him because Jason already had a strenuous relationship with the Q's. But Jason accepted it and recognized that for all intent and purposes Monica is his mother. His relationship with the Q's is still strained but he knows that Monica will always be there for him no matter what. Through the good and the bad.

Off topic, don't you find it a bit strange that adoptive parents are, at some point or another, referred as not being the "real partents"? In my opinion if you raised a child and loved them, then you are the "real" parent. Biology does not necessarily make someone a "real" mom or dad. Just thought I'd add that in there. =)
