I remember when he had hair, but I didn't much care for him then, & I still don't.. The only thing I find even slightly interesting about him is the fact that he is a germ-o-phobe..

When his new image appeared, I was like 'no way, not Howie. Really?' He was a goof-ball with that curly hair, but I liked him back then. I like him now too.
To me, he'll always be the voice of Gizmo :) which just makes me smile.
He does not look as silly as he used to. Before it was just part of his act, all silly and goofy. But hey the no hair look works on Deal.
Howie had great hair. Unfortunately people with his type of hair (really curly) lose it very quickly. The bald look was the best alternative for him.
