Y&R..why is Gloria and her sons just keep getting away with everything?!
Question: I've been trying to figure that out since I started watching this show again last fall. I mean, yes, Jeffrey's blackmailing her, but she never gets in trouble for any of the other crap she does. It's so annoying. I can't believe John's ghost keeps appearing to Jack to make him feel bad but not Gloria.

I think Gloria is the stereotypical "Mad scientist" type of genius and is just being her sinister self, but other than that, I can't offer much of an explanation. I just want to say that I am tired of her shenanigans, and I want her to get everything that karma owes her. (It just may be start once Michael links Lauren's fall and Allistar to Gloria's Latest scheme.)
Because they make the show interesting.
As much of a b****that she is, isn't she fun to watch?
And I think how she interacts with her kids (as dysfunctional as it is) makes them even more interesting to watch.
I agree they get away with a lot, but they aren't the only ones who are though. I am still waiting for Sharon to pay for SOMETHING. She irritates me with her sense of morality. When it was Phyllis, she wanted her to get what was due to her, now she has no problem pulling out all the stops to dupe Gloria so she could live in a mansion.

I think that its pure luck,,,,nobody can walk around with that much crap under their nails and not have KARMA come up and bite them in the @ss<<<

I don't know it was fun to watch for awhile but now its getting a little old and I'm tired of the whole storyline
